Orane works in the corporate and commercial law department and assists the firm's clients - whether they are managers or lawyers - with all their corporate engineering issues, in particular in the context of their restructuring, reorganisation and transfer of their structures.  

She also advises our clients on business litigation (conflicts between partners, commercial disputes) and before the disciplinary courts (e.g. the Bar Association).
 

Previously, Orane worked for four years in the M&A department of EY Société d'Avocats, advising large international banking and financial companies on their major transactions. This experience has enabled her to develop an in-depth knowledge of external growth operations, equity investments and company reorganisations.
 

Her double degree in business school (KEDGE Business School) allows her to combine her understanding of the operational stakes of the company with her legal expertise, thus being able to deal with the economic, accounting and strategic implications of a restructuring operation.
