Delphine primarily handles litigation cases in business law and the law governing liberal professions. She graduated from Paris I – Sorbonne university (Master’s degree in Business Law and a DEA in Contract and Property Law), she is a member of the Paris Bar since 2004.
She gained multidisciplinary experience over twelve years as a litigation lawyer in general business law, particularly in contract law and intellectual property law. In 2016, she joined a Paris-based real estate investment company as General Counsel, overseeing advisory and litigation matters in real estate law, corporate law, and the negotiation of sales of complex properties or vacant land in Paris with high stakes.
Her 20 years of experience in various areas of business law and her adaptability now enable her to advise and assist liberal structures and professionals in their projects to create, transform, or transfer their practices.
