François ROBIN

François assists the firm's clients in the settlement of their disputes both at the pre-litigation stage and before the civil and commercial courts.

 

He acts in business (conflicts between partners, contractual disputes, commercial leases) and civil litigation (liability actions, real estate) as well as in matters of resolution of conflicts between liberal professionals.

 

His dual training in business law and business school enables him to better understand the financial and strategic stakes of the company, and to adopt a pragmatic approach to conflict resolution.
