Gabrielle-Marie DE PASQUALE

Gabrielle holds a Master 2 degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris (Paris V) and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019.

She practices in business and tax law and advises clients, in particular members of regulated professions, French or foreign, on matters related to the day to day operations of their firms as well as on the restructuring and transfer of their corporate structures.

 

She also assists and represents clients in litigation before the competent courts.
