Juliette SCHWEBLIN

Juliette has developed a recognized practice in the field of litigation on matters regarding the legal profession. She advises lawyers and law firms in pre-litigation, litigation and ethical and disciplinary matters.


Juliette SCHWEBLIN joined LIBRATO AVOCATS as a partner in 2018. With her years of experience acquired in particular alongside the Bâtonnier Jean-René FARTHOUAT, she brings to the firm her important expertise in litigation between partners, between firms and associates as well as discrimination and harassment issues and also social responsibility of law firms.

 

Juliette also has a strong expertise in litigation between shareholders or litigation related to unfair competition situations that may result from these disputes (misappropriation of customers and know-how, employee poaching, etc.) where she frequently assists company management faced with these difficulties.

 

She is also recognized for her litigation skills in the field of construction and real estate (liability of builders, real estate development, leases, co-ownership ...)

 

Juliette has been a lawyer of the Paris Bar since 2002. Prior to joining Librato Avocats, she worked for Farthouat & associés. She is a graduate of Paris V Malakoff University (DESS national, European and international litigation) and is trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She is a certified mediator (Paris Centre for Mediation and Arbitration). Juliette practices in French and English. 

 

Beyond her commitment to her clients, Juliette Schweblin is a member of Association Droit & Procedure, the Institute of Risk & Compliance, Women and Law, and Licra.
