Marie GABET

Marie Gabet holds a Master 2 in General Private Law (Panthéon-Assas University - Paris II) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since March 2018.

She mainly intervenes in litigation to assist clients, especially liberal professionals, in the context of conflicts between partners, between partners and associates, or with their own clients.

 

She is generally involved in civil (liability) and commercial (contracts, unfair competition, corporate officers) litigation and in litigation in leases and construction law.
