Maxime WARNEYS

Maxime has been a lawyer of the Paris Bar since 2022 and holds a Master's degree in corporate and tax law from the University of Aix-Marseille.

 

He mainly advises on structuring operations of French and foreign law firms.

 

He also advises commercial companies in the fields of company law, contract law and tax law.

 

Maxime is also working on the development of simulators mainly in tax law.
