Associate Lawyer

Céline began her legal career as a business lawyer in international law firms in Paris, where she practiced for ten years. She then moved to Rennes to take on the role of General Counsel, first within a large international group, and later in a family-owned company.

These varied experiences, both in private practice and in-house, now enable her to advise and assist business leaders through every stage of a company’s lifecycle — from incorporation, capital increases, mergers and acquisitions, and financing, to transfers, dissolution and liquidation, insolvency proceedings, shareholder relations, and contract negotiations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Contract Law from the University of Montpellier and an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
