Christophe is specialized in business law and the law governing liberal professions. He graduated from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne university (DEA in Business Law and Economics) and he is a member of the Paris Bar since 1992.

He has acquired an outstanding expertise in the specific field of liberal practice law and he assists numerous professionals with their projects to create, transform, or transfer their practice. He frequently advises in litigations between partners, both before law courts and disciplinary courts.

His expertise also enables him to advise companies and corporate groups on their corporate structuring and growth operations, as well as in litigations between partners.

Playing an active role in the legal field, Christophe was a member of the Conseil de l’Ordre (2011-2013), secretary of the Commission de l’exercice (2012), and secretary of the Commission de déontologie ordinale (2013). Christophe was also appointed as an Expert to the “Professional Status of Lawyers” and “Rules and Practices” Commissions of the National Council of Bars. He is the honorary president of ANAAFA, a certified management association comprising 22,000 lawyers.
