Joan ANDROT PETIT-PHAR

Associate Lawyer

Joan advises companies, executives and professionals on corporate law, M&A and business law. She holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Business Law from Université Paris-Sud XI and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016, with more than ten years of experience handling complex, high-stakes transactions.

She assists her clients with equity transactions, M&A projects, corporate governance matters and day-to-day corporate affairs, as well as commercial leases and business litigation.

Joan also advises regulated professionals on issues specific to professional practice, including the structuring and transfer of practices, choice of legal structure, relationships between partners, and the civil and disciplinary disputes that may arise in this context.

After several years at Paris law firms specializing in corporate law and M&A, Joan joined LIBRATO AVOCATS, a firm dedicated to regulated professionals and business leaders, where she applies her transactional expertise to the needs of a demanding clientele. She also holds a University Diploma in OHADA Law and advises clients on their projects and investments across the African continent.
