Marie LALANNE

Partner Lawyer

Marie is graduated from the Panthéon-Sorbonne – PARIS I university (Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law) and she is a member of the Paris Bar. She is trained in mediation by the CMAP (Center for Mediation and Arbitration of Paris). She joined the firm since 2015 and is a partner since January 1, 2022, after being an associate within the firm.

She mainly advises liberal professionals (legal, accounting and healthcare professionals), assisting them with their projects involving creation, transformation, transfer, or restructuring. Marie also advises in litigations between partners, both in civil and disciplinary matters.

She also works in corporate law and commercial litigations.

In addition to her practice at the Paris Bar, she is the head of Librato office in Rennes and serves clients across the Grand Ouest area of France.
