Nihal YAHIA

Associate Lawyer

Nihal graduated from prestigious programs from Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris 2, she holds a Master 2/MBA in Business Law and Management, as well as a university diploma from the Institute of Business Law and the College of Law.

After completing internships in companies (within the legal and compliance department of Volkswagen Financial Services and the legal department of Malakoff Humanis) and in the litigation department of the American law firm Reed Smith, she began her legal career in a Parisian firm specializing in business litigation.

Nihal joined the firm in 2024 and assists clients in managing and resolving their pre-litigation and litigation cases. She mainly works on disputes related to business law and the law governing liberal professions.

Alongside her practice, Nihal is a lecturer at Université Panthéon-Assas.
