Tommaso is a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He joined Librato in 2025 after developing expertise in commercial and liberal profession litigations, first as an associate and later as a partner at other firms.

Tommaso serves a clientele composed of French and Italian companies, primarily assisting them in managing their commercial disputes (contractual liability, unfair competition, abrupt termination of established commercial relationships, B2B debt recovery, director liability, etc.). He also supports clients during the negotiation of their contracts or commercial agreements (general terms and conditions, distribution agreements, supply contracts for goods or services, commercial leases, etc.).

He also handles litigation involving liberal professions (legal, accounting, or healthcare professionals), particularly litigations between partners.

Tommaso holds a law degree from Bocconi University in Milan, a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Milan, and a Master’s degree in European Litigation from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
