Orane practices in business and corporate law, assisting the firm’s clients—whether executives or liberal professionals—with all aspects of corporate structuring, particularly in their restructuring, reorganization and transfer operations.

She also handles business litigation (partner disputes, commercial disputes) and appears before disciplinary courts (such as the Bar Association’s disciplinary body).

Previously, Orane spent four years in the mergers and acquisitions department at EY Société d’Avocats, supporting major international banking and financial institutions (listed companies, investment firms, asset management firms, and Fintechs) in executing complex operations. This experience allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of external growth transactions, equity investments, and corporate reorganizations.

Her dual education in business school (KEDGE Business School) enables her to combine her understanding of companies’ operational challenges with her legal expertise, mastering the economic, accounting, and strategic implications of restructuring operations.
