After starting as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in 2007, Valérie moved to Rennes, where she developed a dual expertise serving liberal professionals and leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Her practice involves supporting and advising liberal professionals in healthcare, law, and accounting at every stage of their professional lives, whether in corporate law, tax law or wealth management (e.g., creation of professional structures/holding such as SPFPL, partnership agreements, internal rules and regulations, integration of associates, transfer of practices or shares, structuring of professional and personal assets, real estate investments, etc.).

She has also developed expertise in the transfer of pharmaceutical practices.

Her knowledge of business law allows her to provide precise and responsive support to SME leaders, both legally and in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g., creation of commercial or civil companies, debt/equity deals, mergers/acquisitions, transfers/acquisitions, fundraising, dissolution-liquidation, partner relations, general terms and conditions, leases, etc.).

Valérie holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Tax Law and a university diploma in European Tax Law (University of Burgundy – Dijon). She collaborates with the Training Institute of Chartered Accountants of Brittany, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ille-et-Vilaine, and startup accelerators, particularly to support women’s entrepreneurship.

She is co-head of the Librato office in Rennes.
