LIBRATO AVOCATS is pleased to announce the arrival of Tommaso Cigaina and Orane Minjollet as partners within the firm.

Tommaso Cigaina brings recognised expertise in commercial litigation, advising French and Italian companies in resolving commercial disputes and conflicts between partners or directors. He also assists liberal professionals in disciplinary proceedings before professional bodies. On the advisory side, Tommaso supports his clients in commercial contracts (sale of goods or services, supply agreements, commercial leases, distribution, warranties, etc.). Following the creation of his own practice in 2022, his arrival strengthens our Litigation team.

Orane Minjollet, a former associate of the firm, has strong experience in business and corporate law. She advises entrepreneurs and liberal professionals in both day-to-day legal operations (company formation, transfer of registered office, approval of accounts, etc.) and strategic transactions such as restructurings and reorganisations (sale of business assets, capital increases, equity investments, mergers, implementation of management packages, etc.). Her expertise actively contributes to the growth of our Advisory division.
